The quality of the recently taped videos here is very good. You can expand the video to full screen and display through a projecter for group showings with very good results.

The playback may be "choppy". This is because the video is being streamed meaning it will play as it's downloaded. Sometimes the playback is faster than the download resulting in short pauses waiting for the download to catch up
The solution is to leave the video paused until some, or all, of it has preloaded. You can tell how much has preloaded by the position of the bar labeled Pre-Loaded.
